Company History

Shuchil was founded in 1986 by Luis

Santiago Carrillo Zinmermann  and his

daughter Matilde Carrillo Palomo.

Mr. Carrillo invested years of his life

investigating the native flora and his healing

properties inheriting years of knowledge to

his daughter Matilde.  During  the years

Shuchil through Matlide´s leadership has

been participating at different trade shows

around the world where they have been

recognized and known for their organical

products.

Vision

Transform agricultural raw materials in to

products that have high added value that are

sustainable through the productive chain by

using organic and social responsibility seals

that are recognized at the international level.

Investigation Philosophy

"The wonderful world of Plants given by the

creator at the service of men; So he can use

it in a moderate way and according to his

needs.
